The Company

Nebula Shift is a loose cluster of highly technical and business-savvy entrepreneurs interested in technology (primarily web software) and social responsibility. We are very proud of our home in Boise, Idaho, and are interested in its people, environment, culture and development.

Nebula Shift was founded by successful entrepreneurs to assist fellow entrepreneurs in creating successful startup companies. Specifically, we assist startups that fit within our requirements, ideologies and culture in obtaining sustainable businesses that produce quality products.

In addition to capital, we provide business knowledge, experience, business contacts and infrastructure support.

Our initial return on investment is a stake in the business: anywhere between 7% and 15%. This may increase if additional capital is required.

We focus on assisting our network of startups with an initial build and development of the marketing and sales process. We will also assist in training our startups for working with future investors and in legal matters including the patent process.

During the set-up period in Boise, Nebula Shift will provide training and seminars led by our Board of Directors along with other business contacts including attorneys, small business owners, investors and more.

The City

During the Application Process, startups are required to be located in Boise, Idaho. After the period has ended, we encourage these companies to continue business within the area.

The Location

The building selected for our location was built in 1899 and was the headquarters for the Rocky Mountain Telephone Building. It formally opened January 22, 1900.

The location is within minutes of Boise State University as well as the Idaho Capitol. We feel that this is THE spot for finding people with ideas and motivation. With Congress, students, constituents, lobbyists, foodies, bicyclists, coffee enthusiasts, and more walking right by the building, we will remain inspired, focused and motivated.
